As a pet owner, you should do nothing. If there is still a foreign body in the eye, take your dog to a veterinarian IMMEDIATELY. Your veterinarian can prescribe medications to reduce pain and inflammation in the eye, which increases the chances that your dog will retain sight in that eye. Whatever you do, DON'T pull a foreign body out of your dog's eye yourself and DON'T give your dog any human medications - both of these actions could cause irreparable harm to your dog's eye.
