Then with the key, go to the wharehouse and open a door. Go and then look for the galctic key. The galactic key will help you get into the main HQ.

You use it in the Eterna Galactic HQ after beating Galactic there. After first entering the HQ, you go to the top left farthest area of the room and the Secret Key should react to the hidden door there. You might need to press the "A" button though.
