It is likely that marijuana has NEVER been the direct result of anyone's death, because the lethal dose is so high. However, it certainly has caused deadly accidents. The drug leading to the most deaths is by far tobacco, but only if one includes all of the deaths from tobbaco-caused diseases, such as cancer. The second most deadly on the list is alcohol.
