The Scale varies with the category of Branch or GL size of the branch and most important on availibilty of Managers , Usually in a Rural Branch the Branch Managers are Scale I /PO's experienced with min 3 years , for a town or a smaller city MMGS Scale II is compulsary or MMGS III, For Big Metros Min Scale MMGS III Or MMGS IV is required , if we sum up PO joining may require 8 -10 years to become Branch Managers in Metro Cities and Min 4-5 in Category B/C Cities and Minimum 3 years in Category D or Rural Branches .Thanks & Regards :Mr. Avinash SrivastavaBanking Expert
