In the 90's X-Men The Animated Series, Rogue and Remy have already met. In the 2000's X-Men Evolution Rogue and Remy meet in episode 30 (Day of Reckoning Part 2, Season two, episode 17) And in the latest X-Men TV show, Wolverine and The X-Men, I don't think they have met. (yet.)
