Its the one where Stewie gets really tanned in a tanning bed and gets a mole and thinks he has cancer so on his 'death bed' Brian records his last thoughts and Stewie is talking about the little squiggle things your eyes see and when you look at them they disappear. If u closes your eyes hard, u see a lot of shapes and colors. The "squigglish" thing is just one of those shapes.
Because, in the episode A Ladder to Heaven (episode 12, season 6), Cartman accidentally drinks Kenny's ashes, believing it's chocolate milk mix. Kenny's soul gets trapped in his body temporarily. He gets Kenny out of his body again in the episode The Biggest Douche in the Universe (episode 15, season 6).
