2) He hasn't got a boyfriend yet but in Season 2, Episode 6 he meets Blaine (played by Darren Criss) who turns out to be gay aswell and in Episode 10, Kurt admits too Mr Shuchester that he is in love with Blaine. But so far, no, he does not have a boyfriend just a close gay friend.
