You need to get to the Hidden Land,go through it, get to Temporal Tower and go through it, and finally the last thing you need to do is defeat Primal Dialga. PS:Go to Temoral Tower ,after you defeat Primal Dialga, and defeat Dialga again and you can recruit him on your exploration team. (It looks so cool having Dialga follow you around!)
