A simple but widely-applicable security model is the CIA triad; standing for Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability; three key principles which should be guaranteed in any kind of secure system. If any one of the three can be breached it can have serious consequences for the parties concerned.

There are quite a number of various requirements to work as a CIA agent. Some examples of these are a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and five years of investigative or equivalent experience.
From a computer security perspective it stands for "Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability". In general terms this means: Confidentiality - are only those who should be able to get the information able to get it. Integrity - are changes to data limited to only those that are authorized and intended. Availability - can you get to the information when you want to.
