The idea that certain types of food can affect dreams is false. Some people get indigestion from certain types of food, and so they may have uncomfortable sleep, and wake up in the night. When one wakes up in the middle of a dream, one remembers that dream more clearly than if one sleeps through the night. But the food did not cause the dream.
