external force and internal force
Aeronautical engineering is a branch or interchangeable field of Aerospace engineering. This field encompasses aircraft design and the study of physical forces (internal and external) that acts on the aircraft. It also focuses on techniques to operate an aircraft based on factors that might affect it.
post tension: the forces considered as outer force since pre tension forces are internal forces.
System is in the equilibrium if all the forces (external and reactional - internal) are in the equilibrium - resulting force is zero vector. Free body diagram is drawn for each body of the mechanical system. The body is disconnected from the system and contacts (sometimes called joints) are replaced by reactional forces. Then for each body equations of equilibrium can be written based on the principle of equilibrium.
The job of a structural engineer is to deal with the analysis and design of the structurre. They choose the materials that must support the loads and resist tension and compression. The structure must be able to withstand the forces, weather and some natural disasters.

can some one write the reason for why external or internal?
Internal
external
external
Internal forces are stresses and changes inside the material or body. External forces act independently upon an object.

internal & external
Internal is a concern, activity or process inside or "within" an entity (e.g. internal medicine, internal combustion).External is applied to forces or influences outside the entity (e.g. external symptoms, external hard drives).Internal and external are another way of saying inside and outside.
The recruitment function of the organisations is affected and governed by a mix of various internal and external forces. The internal forces or factors are the factors that can be controlled by the organisation. And the external factors are those factors which cannot be controlled by the organisation. The internal and external forces affecting recruitment function of an organisation are:FACTORS AFFECTING RECRUITMENT
