I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but Kyo and Tohru aren't "together'' in the anime. Only in the end of the manga. The anime goes as far as the beginning of the sixth Fruits Basket Manga. Which, the anime changes it up a bit. They kiss in manga 21 and 22 though. Almost every one. there are a few with just Yuki but in almost every one there is a kyo and tohru moment.
