Any acidic fuit such as cranberry

Because Of Its Liquid, And Anything Wet Can Conduct Electricity!
Acid fruits do this. Lemons, oranges, grapefruit come to mind immediately.
More electrolytes.
as far as i know only 1 vegetable which is the potatoe and 0 fruits
There are different acidity levels in the citrus fruits.
A banana is a conductor because it is high in potassium and dice most fruits are water, t will conduct electricity because water is another type of conductor.
If by energy you mean electricity, I would think that most fruits conduct electricity in that most fruits are mostly made of water, and water with impurities (e.g. little bits of fruit!) is an excellent conductor of electricity.
Limes, like other fruits, contain electrolytes and water, which can conduct electricity to some extent. However, they are not good conductors compared to metals. The conductivity of limes is primarily due to the ions present in their juice, but their overall ability to conduct electricity is relatively low. Thus, while they can conduct electricity, they are not efficient conductors.
Orange itself is not a good conductor of electricity. However, when immersed in an electrolyte solution, the salts and minerals found in the orange can act as electrolytes, allowing ions to move and conduct electricity. This is similar to how other fruits and vegetables can also conduct electricity in the presence of electrolytes.
Potato is known to be able to conduct electricity relatively well due to its high water and electrolyte content. When a potato is used in a battery experiment, the electrolytes in the potato help facilitate the flow of electrical current. Other fruits and vegetables with high water content, such as lemons and tomatoes, can also conduct electricity to some extent.
