In case you don't know how to tell if the fuse is blown, there's a metal arch in the fuse, and if the arch isn't complete, the fuse is blown.

Open the passenger side door, and theres a fuse door there. On the back of the fuse door, it should tell you wich fuse is te lighter fuse. It's probably an accessory fuse.
