There is no fuse for the exhaust system, it is not electrical.
Two fuse locations. One under hood next to battery. One under carpet passenger foot area.
The area where the driver's left foot would rest and the area where the passenger's right foot would rest
Blower motor is located under the plastic panel on the passenger side foot well area under the dash. Remove the clips on the plastic panel and it will be up under the dash.
Passenger side right foot panel. Remove the panel and it is behind it. There is also one between the driver and passenger under the radio area behind the gear shift. This is for transmission tho I was told.
Check the passenger side foot well, upper left corner area under the carpet.
I believe it is located inside the car on the passenger side under the dash above the passenger's foot area. It is right next to the blower motor. It is held in by two 5.5mm screws.

It should be located under the dash above the passenger's foot area next to the blower motor. Unplug the harness and remove the two screws holding it in place.
There is no obd port. You can peel back the carpet under the passenger foot area and reveal the ecu. From there you can read the led flashes to find out what codes are being displayed.

there is a few rubber exhaust hangers, if they break the exhaust can rattle, also you have heat sheilds that point the heat away from the passenger compartment, with the car off, tap the exhaust pipe with your foot at the back of the car and listen for a corresponding rattle.
