In a 2014 Toyota 4Runner, the fuse box is located in two main areas. The interior fuse box can be found beneath the dashboard on the driver's side, near the steering column. Additionally, there is an engine compartment fuse box located near the battery, which is accessible by lifting the hood. Be sure to consult the owner's manual for specific fuse locations and functions.

Yes, the 1997 Chevy Cheyenne pickup does have a fuse related to the fuel gauge. The fuse for the instrument cluster, which includes the fuel gauge, is located in the fuse box under the dashboard. If you're experiencing issues with the fuel gauge, checking the appropriate fuse for any signs of damage or failure is a good first step. Always consult the owner’s manual for specific fuse locations and ratings.
FIRST: Make sure the child safety window lock-out switch is deactivated. When this switch is activated it will prevent either of the back windows from operating. If this is not the problem, check the fuse for the power windows located in the fuse panel under the left edge of the dashboard. If that is okay, make sure the wiring for the electric motor is not cut or dis-connected. Lastly - it s possible that the electric lift motor could have failed OR that the lift mechanism has become detached. Either of these possibilities will require you to go into the door interior to diagnosis and remedy.
