Despite a nationality, group or culture all people are humans. As humans we can all take drugs. I am referring to the kind of drugs a Dr. prescribes. I have no knowledge of illicit drug use, or drugs not approved by the FDA. Some people are allergic to certain kinds of drugs but I have never heard of someone not being able to take all kinds of drugs.
Most people use ibuprofen, or over the counter like advil, then of course there are prescripion drugs like celebrex.

If people use drugs to look cool, it is because they do not understand the dangers of recreational drug use.
Most people use the same sort of "secret" places, so they know from experience where to look. Otherwise, they can use drug sniffing dogs to lead them to the drugs.
