Well, it depends. If you want to keep your hair thick and curly, then try cutting it shoulder length or shorter and try getting it layered. Try going for a sassy look. If you want other stuff done to it, like straightening and stuff, get it permanently straightened, and get a side bang. Or go for a wavy look. Ask friends and family for suggestions, and google different styles that you, (or your hairstylist), can accomplish and go from there! Hope I helped! =.)
Yeah if you straighten it. If you just leave it curly. Not really.
Eh, not really...unless you straighten it every day...and I mean Really straighten it.
i have thick curly hair and what i do is when i get out of the shower, i scrunch my hair with gell and moose and then i put it up until it dries a little, and when it is a little more dry i take it down and style it how i want, it works good for me so hopefully it works for you too(:

Good hairstyles depend on whether the boy has curly, wavy, or straight hair. A good no-fuss style is a short, textured look. Cutting the hair in short spikes is also easy to care for. Keeping the hair slightly longer on top and shorter on the sides is a good haircut for thick hair as well.
Just leave it the way it is, maybe he like your hair like that.
Putting a small amount of conditioner on dry hair that is thick and curly will help to detangle it.
Keep is the way you like it, most curly haired people tend to wear their hair short because that's trendy. The point is..if you Like it that's all that matters.
