Probably, Halo Wars but its a strategy game. The least violent first person shooter version of Halo would probably Halo Reach, or Halo 2. They both have less blood and gore and are the most kid friendly despite its M rating there has been much controversy about kids playing them. None of the Halo games are over the top violent though, but the least violent would have to be Halo Reach and Halo Wars.
If you mean any Halo game period, then its easily Halo Wars. If you mean a Halo game made by Bungie, then it would be Halo 3: ODST.

Halo 4 has excessive blood, including shedding blood as you hit a corpse. Also, the flood mode is somewhat graphic. Halo's history as an M game contributes, too.
No, at least not in the vanilla game. It is only achievable by mods.
Yes, it is. You should not play the game unless you are at least 17.
the first halo was considered m, because of the constant blood an gore in the game. though when you look back at it now, the game seems more of a teen rating than m. you can also barely see the blood. it is usually on the walls.
It shouldn't be. The game is fun and there is barley any blood, there is a lot of killing but the people are wearing medal suits so if you get stabbed in the game there is no blood.
Halo 3: ODST is the newest of the two, but not the newest Halo game.
Halo is NOT for Wii. Halo is ONLY for the Xbox. The reason Halo is only for the Xbox is because the Xbox company made the game Halo. If you want the game Halo you will have to get an Xbox if you don't have one.
Halo: Combat Evolved was the first Halo game made. The new Halo Wars is a prequel of Halo 1.
Do you mean "Where is"? A game like halo wars is called Halo.
