A Gb is a Gigabyte. A MB is a Megabyte,

These terms represent digital storage capacity, not speed.

Speed would be measured in terms like Gigahertz or Megahertz. And of course since Giga is a larger prefix than Mega, Gigabytes would be faster.

GB are bigger than MB. It takes 1000 MB to make up one GB. Ghz is a frequency measure.... nothing to do with GB or MB.
