Auckland International is the main NZ gateway which is the hub of Air New Zealand. It has many huge airlines flying into it including Aerolines Argetinas, Thai, Singapore, LAN, Air Tahiti Nui and Emirates who fly the A380 into Auckland. Christchurch is second who hosts to airlines as such as Singapore airlines, Emirates, Qantas and Air Asia X (starting Feb 11). And of course, Christchurch airport services the Antarctic flights of Operation Deep Freeze. Other airports that host to overseas airports are Queenstown, Dunedin, Wellington, Rotorua and Hamilton. Hope I can help :)
