A salvage yard is more likely to pay more for wrecked auto parts. Auto parts stores dont pay very highly for used parts and some do not buy used parts.
The answer to this question depends on the store, some carry them some don't. As with anything that you would purchase from the salvage store you do so at risk. I would recommend checking with local tire shops most offer a used tire. I have seen this with stores such as Big O Tires and Discount Tire.

There is likely a salvage yard in your area that has a collection of no-longer-road-worthy pickup trucks that is used for parts. Often you can call ahead and find out if the year/model you want is available for parts. Do an online search for "salvage auto" AND your city. Sure you can. Go to a salvage yard and just purchase a wheel/tire combo off a wrecked Infiniti or any other car that will fit. Your problem may be where to store it if you do not have the proper storage area.
