do you mean AC3 or M4A? They both are lossy formats, so try to encode a cd to both and listen to yourself which one you like better.

yes there is a dsi came out in April 5th 2009 and it has 2 camras ( for taking photos, one on the inside and one on the outside ) it can play acc files (music ) i think m4a files work too. it has dsi ware, where you can dowload apps and games like the dsi browser. it cost about $170
