i had a rat it died and know i have a guinea pig i like the guinea pig better but bellow are facts about them.
Rats: lives up to 3 yrs, small, messy, tail is discusting, can make sooo much noise, cost about $10.
Guinea pigs: Lives up to 12 yrs, medium size, cleaner that rats only poops in one spot, no tail, makes some noise but not alot, and the cost $30
