Believe it or not regular Coke is better for you. Diet Coke has no calories but they get it that way because they use a chemical called Aspartame. It is a zero calorie sweetener with horrible health effects. It has been linked to cancer and other serious health problems.

TIP: Most diet drinks have aspartame in them.

coke because diet coke has aspartame which causes you to crave sugar even more causing you to overeat, many people have actually told me they eat more when they have diet coke, and when you drink regular coke you feel more full and you can definently feel the difference compared to when you drink a diet coke.

in other words when your on a diet you would probly go 4 the coke not the diet coke!

answer it depends.... allthough coke is kinda better because of no aspartame in it.... but it has sugar and what not.... then agin diet dont have to sugar but it does have aspartame so its what ever u deside!! NOTE:aspartame cause u 2 crave sugar + it can cause cancer but a little wont hurt u...... its mostlikely not going to but there is a chance that it will give u cancer

Neither Coke or diet Coke are healthy. Coke is water, flavoring, sugar, and chemicals; diet Coke is water, flavoring, and chemicals.

Drinking water is healthy. Drinking juice is healthy. Drinking milk is healthy. They all give some benefit that the body requires. Soft drinks do not; even diet soft drinks are not an improvement. If you're thirsty, drink water. If you need a pick me up, drink juice (real juice, not juice drink, ade, or juice cocktail; these are another form of sugar water flavored with juice).

If you want to relax or chat with a friend and enjoy a beverage, a soft drink does no harm. It's when you habitually drink soft drinks that it's unhealthy; diet or regular.

To be perfectly honest, neither is "healthy" in that they are both full of sugar and I believe both say the following on the packaging:

Not a significant source of fat calories, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron.

Coca-Cola has less calories, carbs, and sodium but not by a significant amount.
