High dosages of Percocet and Lortab have very similar effects, they both feel like morphine with very slight differences. Some people get sick on Lortab but not on Percocet, and vice versa. Percocet is slightly easier to take considering it is a tablet and not a syrup, so for some people that might be a minor deciding factor.
