Christianity is the biggest cult. Catholics, I believe are the largest denomination within it. Next is the cult of Islam in all its many flavors followed by the cults of Hinduism and Buddhism have many followers as well. The bottom line here, is that there *is* no way to distinguish between a religion and a cult, other than by numbers, and all the numbers are arbitrary.
This is simply definitional. A Muslim is, by definition, a follower of Islam, just as a Christian, by definition, is a follower of Christianity.
Abrahamic religions include Judaism, Christianity, Islam and the Baha'i faith. Christianity recognize Judaism but not Islam. Islam recognizes Judaism, Christianity but not Baha'i faith. And finally Baha'i faith recognizes Judaism, Christianity and Islam all together. And obviously he did not start anything. He simply preached the word of God, i.e. the holy revelations.
Islam, Judaism and Christianity.

Well not really, It depends on what religion you have. Christianity says all other religions are Paganists but, the same goes for the Islam. Commonly, Christianity, Judaism, and the Islam are called: non-pagans. and since Scientology is a christian cult, it can't be considered Paganistic. (but that's my view on this)
The Bible is to Christianity as the Qur'an (Koran) is to Islam.
Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have all claimed the Holy Land for themselves.
Christianity, but Islam may overtake Christianity relatively soon.
