Lots of people thinks that is arceus, and me too but have lots of excellent Pokemon like typlosion, torterra, blastoise, sceptile, ditto and more
Note:Arceus is told the best because it can change its type and have maxed out status.
Note2:Ditto is good only if its battling with a great pokemon.Example: arceus x ditto.It will transform into arceus and learn the attacks of it (it will be PP5 all of the attacks).
