One can find expert reviews for the Mercedes W210 on various websites like Carwale and Gobookee. One could also visit a local car dealer and ask for a review for the Mercedes W210 in there.
I have an early W210 E320 with the inline 6, 24 valve M104.995 petrol engine (162 kW), its factory given top speed is 235 km/h which is around 147 mph. I only once tried this speed out in this car and when the speedometer indicated 240 km/h, I felt it still had some power left, but it could have been down hill, there could have been tail wind, and as we know, indicated speed is not accurate. Please note however, that E320 can refer to completely different cars and engines as mine, with different performances.
The best way is to replaced the entire rack assembly.
Check out this DIY video on how to fix it http://w210.pietrzyk.net It should help with your problems

Hi, Can you clarify what is exactly wrong with the odometer? Those W210 cars have a sealed digital odometer. If one part of the display is faulty, you will need to have the whole unit replaced. Regards Mike S.
