The Toshiba is probably a better bet, since it is still being made, while it looks like the HP is no longer in production. I would try customizing a Sony Vaio E to match these specs. Also, think twice before buying such a huge laptop. My 15" laptop is hard to carry around! If you want a smaller powerful laptop, try the Dell XPS 15z. Good luck with your purchse!
