In a 2001 Hyundai Accent, the fuse for the blower motor is typically located in the interior fuse panel, which is found under the dashboard on the driver's side. Look for a fuse labeled "Blower" or "Heater." The specific position may vary slightly, so it's advisable to refer to the fuse diagram on the panel cover for exact placement. The blower motor is located under the dash on the passenger side. You have to remove the plastic cover to get to it. There's 3 small bolts if memory serves me and the one on top is the hardest to get to. Just be patient. Good luck!!
