I would guess that the isotope Polonium-210 would qualify. Lethal dose for a person is about one ten-millionth of a gram. It's thousands of times more toxic than either hydrogen cyanide or Aflatoxin-b, for example, because of its radioactivity.

That is a really good question that I would like to know the answer to too. I would say it would have to be lead, Mercury, antimony, or arsenic. These are nasty metals that you don't want to get in your system but if you do make a soup with carrots, ginger, cilantro, celery, turmeric, and other spices to help purge your body. That having been said, plant studies have shown that small amounts of arsenic actually cause a reverse reaction where it actually invigorates the plants. If you want to know more look up a term called hormesis which is basically what homeopathy is based on. Also Paracelcus knew a way to convert antimony into a very beneficial medicine, but I would not recommend that you do that unless you understand the process because if you don't do it right it will definitely poison you instead of heal you.

oh, mercury 100%
