If you include military archers, probably the oldest is The Honourable Artillery Company of the British Terratorial Army, which was incorporated by Royal Charter in 1537 by King Henry VIII. "Artillery" in those days included archers, of which this regiment was origionally comprised, so I suppose they would qualify!
