The Mauser C-96 (1896) was a commerical success. While it was not a sucees, the Schonberger-Lauman WAS the first patented.
There are a few different varieties of Van Cleef & Arpels First Perfume. The actual "First" perfume is said to have fruity scents that develop into floral scent. The Intense First perfume is a white floral scent.
