Chinese ( real ) Chinese food is not really all that healthy as the vegetables are often dirty and on average Chinese people eat tons of pork
rather than beef and constantly only know how to cook one way/style
and that's to fry or rather use lots of oil 20 times more than the average family in America
1 whole bottle will last 1 month while average in America lasts 1 year
improvement/edition: Mcdonald's food is less healthy, I think. I don't have any reasons, really!
