In the Sarah Jane Adventures you will see mostly new faces but Sarah Jane Smith of coure will be in it, K-9 will be in a couple, and in season 3 the doctor will be in a few.

No, K-9 is not dead. K-9 is with Sarah Jane Smith. He is not on Doctor Who anymore, but he is on the Sarah Jane Adventures. On the show, K-9 is sealing up a black hole, so you don't see him much. But he is still alive.
Sarah Jane Smith got her sonic lipstick from the tenth doctor in school reunion. k-9 was blown up so the doctor reprogrammed him, while leaving Sarah Jane a sonic lipstick, her alien detector watch and a spare sonic lipstick.

There is no such thing. There's no need for one anyways. Kids have Doctor Who, the Sarah Jane Adventures, and K-9 (coming soon).If there was a children's version of Torchwood it would not be good. Torchwood does everything that Doctor Who can't, why would you water it down or remake it for kids?

We don't know yet. It's doubtful because the rights to K-9 belong to another company that is currently filming a K-9 spin-off series in Australia, and it's probably hard enough to arrange for his occasional appearances on The Sarah Jane Adventures. That said, there is much about Season 6 we don't know yet, so K-9 may or may not appear. I'd wager he won't, though.
