I own a 1994 1.3l Automatic Corolla which was imported from Japan by a previous owner in 2001. According to the plate under the bonnet it's colour code is 3K9 and the trim is FB96 (grey). Internet searches show the colour 3K9 to be light beige, but my car is a metallic gold. There does not seem to be any evidence that the car has been repainted, but I suppose that that is possible. I am currently looking for some spray touch up paint for it.
black attracts the sun more than any other color actually.. black absorbs the sunlight. you can only see colour because it reflects that particular colour back to your eyes & absorbs all other light spectums. i.e. if the car was red, it is not absorbing the red light, there fore you see the car as red, but that is less heat from the sun to absorb. white is the coolest colour, as whire relects all light back. (although I'm sure a chrome care would be even cooler again) black absorbs all the light & heat along with it.
white
black because blue light cannot pass through a yellow filter
Red because the red absorbs the yellow
The original version featured a beige roof. Similar modern models may have a black roof as a customized look. Beige roofs were popular as they attract less heat and car interiors were generally beige or a lighter color.
The most popular car colour of the world is blue.Because blue is the colour of the sea and cars must have such a colour like that. Also, blue is peaceful colour and it doesh't remember war at the car owner. So your car colour must be blue (if you have a car).
I would assume a darker colored car would attract less attention. Except for grey.
