The earth is precisely bigger than earth,and earth is very near the sun and people very believe that earth might get hit with a sun ray maybe it could squirt and burn earth but no it won't its about between 500 miles away so that is close but not too close. And the moon is quite cold and is rock hard so it wont harm if it was metor yes i do agree that that is similar the same feeling and hardness, A new planet had been discovered and believed it was from movie star wars!
