Jews refer to themselves and are referred to in the Hebrew Bible as the Children of Israel (Jacob), so Jacob gets some credit here. Many Jewish prayers remember all three patriarchs Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as "our fathers" (Hebrew "avoteinu"), and, finally, God is addressed in several prayers as "our father" (Hebrew "avinu"). A notable example is "Avinu Malkeinu" (a penetential prayer beginning "Our Father, our King").
No man is called god in Judaism.
Abraham is called father of their nations.
Why we could not call any maan holy father is because we have a Father and his name is GOD/JESUS. If we call any man our holy father than what did they do for us to help us in anyway? GOD/JESUS died for us on the cross to save us from our sins, so that is why we call God/JESUS our Holy Father.
Oedipus Complex
Almost all Jews (including those in Israel) will not mention the name of Jesus Christ. They usually call Him "This man." or other non-nominative pronouns.
Orthodox Jews or Torah Jews.
