In my experience, yes, it does have viruses. A Trojan virus, I believe. It destroyed my computer. I had to completely wipe it of all information and reinstall the software to save it.
It's possible that it does, though it's 'trusted' by many. It's not a legal site, so you can't fully trust anything you download off it.
