The deadlift would be one of the exercises that recruits a large amount of muscles to complete, muscle fibers are recruited from the trapezius muscle to your gastrocnemius. Of course exercises such as the plank also recruit many muscle fibers but the difference is in how the exercise is completed, the muscles are worked differently.
The myocardium, or heart, is the most used muscle in the body. Without it, all other commonly used muscles would cease to function. The diaphragm and intercostal muscles also make continuous breathing possible. But, the heart, along with many other muscles is involuntary, meaning we don't have control over its function. Voluntary muscles are those which work when commanded by us consciously. In the case of voluntary muscle use, this question is going to be answered differently for each person. For example, the tongue muscle is continually used all day for speech, as well as our facial muscles. The quadriceps (the anterior or front thigh muscles) and hamstrings, along with many other leg muscles are also used daily for walking. Of course, someone who is in a wheel chair would be using different muscles daily. Also, an employee at a parts factory whose job consisted of wrapping wire all day would be using the hand muscles repetitively, thus making those the most used muscles in the body. So, one needs to assess which daily activities consume most of their day and target those muscles used. One thing for sure is that all humans use the heart muscle the most.
it help you walk
your arm!
As most people do. Without muscles, our bodies would not function correctly.
Jellyfish do not have muscles or bones in their uniquely designed bodies.
There are approximately 640 skeletal muscles in our bodies.
yes they remove waste from their bodies that is either no of any use to them or could be harmful.
Cheerleaders use most, maybe even all muscles.
Most muscles used by the goalkeeper is their eyes and hands.
in cheer you use a lot of muscles but you usually use your thigh and leg muscles most. but strengthen every muscle because you still use the other muscles ALOT to ! hope i helped (:
Most of the power in our bodies comes from the strength in our muscles. Muscles must be used and developed in order to attain or increase power upon exertion.
The sugar in humans is stored in monosaccharides called glycogen until our cells need it. Most of the glycogen in our bodies is stored in our liver and muscles.
Because all the muscles and tendons in the back most of the bodies tress can be pinpointed there
Because the muscles that we use to move ears are used by other animals to help with detecting interesting sounds (like when you see a dog's ears twitch when they hear something). Since those muscles aren't serving our bodies in that sense, and we really only use those muscles to wiggle ears for fun, they can be considered vestigial (ie. present in our bodies, but not really doing anything: like our tailbone, or our appendix)
most fish move by using muscles and fins to push the water and there bodies through the water
