The play called "The Tragedie of Anthonie, and Cleopatra" in the First Folio is usually just called Antony and Cleopatra. If you are counting plays which start with the indefinite article, "A Midsummer Night's Dream" does. The comedies "As You Like It" and "All's Well that Ends Well" are both spelled like that in the Folio.
