Pheromones are chemicals released naturally by the body when we sweat. They are known to attract the opposite sex. Because they are produced by testosterone, you can increase pheromone production by exercising daily. Another way to increase pheromone production is to take a zinc or DHEA supplement.

Water is polar and most chemicals are polar. The negative ends of the water molecule attract the positive ends of the chemical's molecules, and the positive ends of the water molecule attract the negative ends of the water molecule. This way the substance gets "pulled apart" from each other and mixes with water.
Some people do believe fish are attracted to urine. It is not recommended though, for some fish may be killed from the chemicals that are found in urine.
