There are a lot of softwere programs like ChaosLab that ofers math package that helps students understand fractal geometry and chaos theory. It is designed for high school and college math courses.
There are some colleges and universities that will allow some high school students to take courses at their school. There are programs sometimes referred to a bridge programs. The student would need the high schools permission. These programs are typically designed for junior and senior high school students with at least a B average.
These programs definatly help with the academic portion of college life. However, it cannot help with the social aspect of attending classes and the extra curricular demand of college life.
The Southwestern Advantage Bookman or Bookgirl does. They are typically college students who visit families showing educational products like pre-K reading programs, homework help, and SAT/ACT prep. The Southwestern Advantage entrepreneurship program has been a way for college students to run their own business selling educational products to families as a way of earning money for their own degrees. Approximately 250,000 college students have participated in this entrepreneurship program since it first began in 1868.
