Hi the best and most popular codec pack for the XP is K-Lite Codec Pack. You can download newest version 4.95 of the package from the http://www.video-codec-pack.com Also would like to recommend you stable video player, so named VLC video player Video Lan Client, goes together with some codecs as well. All this tools and packs you can download from the: http://www.video-codec-pack.com
you'll need to install a DVD codec. try googling K-Lite Codec Pack
The problem is linked to filter and codec you have installed on your computer. For anyone that have windows vista premium and use windows DVD maker to burn DVD. This is the exact solution to resolve the problem: The filter and codec I installed on my computer was vista codec pack. Maybe some of you installed the same one. The problem comes from this codec pack. You need to remove that pack in the unistall program section. After this, you install this codec pack that works for me and my father and did not cause the SID problem. Install the K-lite mega codec pack (compatible with vista) that you can found here: http://codecguide.com/download_mega.htm For anyone that have the same problem on other burner software and on windows xp, try to install an another codec but you can choose the same one because this codec is windows xp compatible. Hope you will resolve the problem...
You can find several video and audio codecs in the Combined Community Codec Pack, that you can find via google.
The Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) is used to provide a video media playback standard for the Anime community, relieve major problems caused by conflicting codec packs, the capability of playing back the most common video media files/formats, to make it easier to install and uninstall, and more.
If you have a Windows media player 10 or above with a suitable codec such as K-llit or a Vista codec pack you can play the MPEG-4 file with a click.
No, install Klite video codec pack with media center classic.
It would depend on the format of the audio file. However K-Lite codec pack should cover most of you bases. It is usually the only codec pack I install on a computer.
Download the K-Lite Codec Basic or Standard Package. (Google that for the site). Once you download and install the K-Lite Codec pack, you will be able to play the avi file.
If you are looking for the K Lite mega Codec pack download you should visit the Codec Guide website. From there you will be able to find all of the latest downloads as well as a support forum if you need help.
Make sure to have Adobe Flash Player installed as well as Microsoft Silverlight if you are on a PC. If you still can't watch the video try downloading a video codec pack since the video might be in an uncommon video format
You need to install a codec pack for DVDs to play in Windows Media Player. You can generally find a codec pack from either Roxio or Cyberlink for under $20.
