Yes. Generally, anybody who delivers something to your house should be tipped, with some exceptions (such as FedEx and UPS guys). You should plan on tipping anywhere from $5 to $25 per person, depending on: 1) how large, heavy and unwieldy the furniture is, 2) how many items they are delivering, 3) how many guys there are, and 4) whether the items are particularly expensive and fragile and require extra care. For example, if you have 2 guys delivering an entire living room set (sofa, armchairs, coffee table, bookcases, and end tables), I would give $20 to $25 to each of them. If you have 4 guys doing the same thing, you don't have to give each one $20. In that case, $10 to $15 would be enough. If you have 2 guys delivering one small, inexpensive sofa, I would give $5 to each one, or maybe $8 or even $10 if they were really nice and accommodating. If you have 2 guys delivering one large, heavy, expensive, antique armoire that has to be carried upstairs, I would give $20 to each. If it's a smaller, less expensive one but it still has to be carried upstairs, I'd give each guy $10 to $12. If it's a smaller, less expensive one that doesn't have to be carried upstairs, I'd give $8 to $10 each. You get the idea. There are no hard and fast rules, so use your judgment.
