This question is too general. Need more details in order to answer. Like which characters from both universes. Arceus in Pokemon is the God of All Creation in that universe. Giratina is the pokemon Equivalent of a Soul Reaper. And Magikarp is a Beast when low on health and using flail.
Ichigo while at his highest form, can take down armies of demons, and probably most of the 600 pokemon that currently exist. Even the weakest Soul Reaper can put up a good fight against a Blaziken. Spiritual Pressure also plays a factor, how are we so sure that a Level 100 Pokemon can withstand the Spirtual Pressure of such powerful warriors?
