Well as if now in Punjab India Vodaphone & DOCOMO(TATA) are at the top then Videocon & Aircel, then is Airtel. Airtel was at one point at the top but some how they changed something and have gone way-down in the speed these days. That's my review in last 3 to 4 months. But i could be wrong too.
