As with any document format with multiple pages, one would first command the printer to print only the 'odd' pages. Then after inserting those pages back into the paper feed properly command the printer to print only the 'even' pages. Voila!!
Print Preview (Ctrl+F2)
If a printer is already printing a document, it can not print another document until the printing of the first document has finished. Therefore, the second document must form a (print) queue and wait its turn.
On the ribbon, click on the down arrow to the right of the printer icon. Then click on "Print...". This opens the Print dialogue box, where you can then select "Page Range" where you can then enter "1-5" for the first five pages of your document. You may also do this by clicking on "File" at the top left end of the ribbon and then continuing as above. You may also be able to do this by clicking on "Ctrl P", which is handy when there seems to be no other way to print!.
Use Quick Print Feature
Click on the File menu after opening the html document in the browser. Then click on Print Preview. After adjusting margins, click on Print to print the document
