the pants are better for lounging and staying warmer, shorts are practical in teh summer
For a boy, pajama pants and a t-shirt is acceptable year round. Girls are a bit trickier. During the winter, a nightgown can be worn, or sweatpants/pajama pants and a t-shirt. During the warmer months, boxer shorts or pajama shorts with a t-shirt is more popular.
There is no evidence to suggest that wearing pajama pants specifically can improve academic performance in children. Factors such as sleep, nutrition, study habits, and a supportive learning environment are more likely to affect school performance.
Not all teams have shorts for softball, some wear the baseball pants which seem to look nicer and more professional. It doesn't actually matter, it's whatever is more protective and comfortable to you.
There have been signs that more men are wearing shorter shorts. Not short shorts, but I mean shorts that go like 2 or 3 inches above the knee, so maybe. After all they can't get anymore longer without having to be called pants.
Knickers are short pants that come just below the knee. They offer more freedom of movement than full length pants and are more formal than shorts. This makes them ideal for golf.
It depends on what part of the country you live in. Here in south Georgia, I would wear a mix of shorts and pants. Its just warming up, but some days (and mornings) are still cold. I'm going to break out all my shorts more into April and May.

You could wear sweat pants on a hot day to sweat more and when you sweat more you lose more weight. But wearing sweat pants on a hot day is not good for your hygeine. You could pass out while you are running or doing a sport in PE. You could get dizzy because your so hot and you fall down. So what i would recommend is to wear shorts so you can be more active and have a better hygeine.
by far pants. in the heat I'm always extremely tempted to wear shorts but when sliding skin is often scratched or bruised or completely sloughed off. Also, they bunchup under your leg so your slide is much more jerky and less smooth. Pants keep your socks up, keep your skin on, you'll probably will still be bruised if you don't slide right. BUT they are by far superior.
Yes all boys/men should ( be able to ) wear dresses and skirts . Much more comfortable and cool then even a pair of shorts !
I do that all the time. Its just a natural, more comfortable thing to do. For girls, it helps the vaginal area breathe and prevent infections.
